Aus Netball

Will this make me get a good body in 7 weeks?
Excersize -
Monday : 45min Cycle Class at gym (fast paced, heavy workout)
Tuesday : 45min Weights Class at gym
Wednesday : 1 hr netball training
Thursday : 45 min Body Workout Class (fast paced excersizing)
Saturday : 1 hr netball game
Approximately what I eat each day :
B’Fast : Either bowl of cereal with low fat yoghurt n 1/2 banana
or 2 pieces toast with an apple
Lunch : 1 wholegrain sandwich with ham or similar + Garden Salad
Dinner : Some meat and veggies.
Snacks : Oranges or Apples
Drink : 1.5L water a day + 2 cups of Green tea + 1 cup coffee
I forgot to add I weigh 60kg – pretty happy with body shape just want to get my love handles down a bit. Im size 12 (AUS) want to get to size 10 (which is down 1 size).
I think you should mix up the foods in your diet. Stay healthy, but like the other person who answered this said, you might get bored if you eat the same thing every day. But, yes, you will get a good body in about 7 weeks. Keep at it!
